I signed my contract in March 2020 and the work was completed in May 2020. (7 windows). The Sales Representative was professional and helpful. The installers did a good job. Only one reason for 4 stars instead of 5, they didn't clean up on the inside well. Did a great job cleaning up on the outside.

We got 5 new windows installed. They were by far the best priced windows that were above construction grade. Bo was professional and when we had any issues (card processing) he was able to direct us to exactly who could help us. They were on time and within the schedule for install. We did have one issue (in our account with them they had only shown one of the card transactions), but was quickly resolved . We are very pleased and will use them again with our new house.

We met with Blake to go over our upcoming siding project. Blake was very professional and kind. We are looking forward to Champion competing our project. We had Champion replace windows, at our previous home, and we were so happy back then also. We highly recommend Champion.

Our neighbors had Champion install their doors & windows years ago & they did a great job. So far so good for us as well! Joe was incredibly personable, down to earth & shortly after giving us a quote we signed on with them. We had already shopped around a bit & while they were a little higher than the lowest quote there’s a lot to be said for quality of the product & the customer service offered once the job is complete. I met with the sales representative Joe about exterior door replacements. It was a very straight forward experience. He was polite and we discussed options on multiple projects. While I didn’t settle on the original scope of the project, he was never pushy about it. If we decide to move forward with the additional work, I will call again.

We had been wanting to get new windows for some time and finally were able to. After much research and asking around we settled on Champion. Our initial appointment with Johnny N was fantastic. It was at the height of COVID and he was in compliance with the state guidelines while still maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor. He walked us through everything and answered all our questions.
