Alice was the salesperson who came to my home. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I usually find dealing with salespeople kinda stressful, but she made everything very easy and comfortable. I am excited to get my new windows!

I am glad I contacted Champion Windows, Fort Collins CO, for an estimate to replace a malfunctioning older bedroom window. The Champion Rep, (Jim B****) arrived on time, inquired about my wishes about mask wearing, and proceeded to take a good look at the malfunctioning window, discuss my options, showed window examples, costs, etc. It all went well. I was very happy with the entire experience from the salesperson to the installation and quality of the window!
As this was the third home we have had Champion windows installed, we are very pleased with there work. Only 1 time in the second home did we have to have a window replaced, called them told them which window and in 3 weeks brought the window out and replaced.
Excellent install job. I got a custom sized window and it’s great.
