The windows are good, but the promises that they made were not followed through on. I never heard back from anyone, so I just gave up.
I was able to do half my house done the first time and with the second done I was able to get the rest of the house. Everything looks better and there are no drafts and the energy savings has been wonderful. Champion Windows is my first choice to recommend to friends and family.
