My experience with Champion Windows reminds me of the customer service that was standard 30 years ago, which has somewhat disappeared. My experience with the staff, crew, and all members of Champion Windows was a delight. They were considerate, courteous, upfront and honest. This was the best experience I have had with any home improvement company since I bought my home 30 years ago.

I am very satisfied with the work Champion Windows of Albuquerque completed on my property. From beginning to end, the process was smooth, every representative was very professional, and Marco and Jeremy (the installers of our new windows) did an excellent job on installing the 10 windows, keeping the work site clean, and going above and beyond in ensuring the windows looked good on the inside and outside of the house. I'm very appreciative of their work.

The pricing, service and everything was worth the value. There was no hard core pushing with the sales department and I really appreciated that.

The problem was the sub-contractor. I want to compliment the Project Manager, Chris, who got on it and worked hard with me. He tried to resolved the problems. He was the main reason the project didn't go south.
