They were very professional and easy to understand.
I like the windows. They are durable. However, I didn't get a lot of the things I asked for, which included grids. After a year of battling and trying to get replacement windows to get my grids installed, I still hadn't gotten them.
The workers were really great, and the financing was done quickly, but I feel like I didn't get what I was expecting.
