Quality workmanship.
I liked Dmitri who sold me the windows. I seemed, though, not to have a copy of the contract that reflected the final sales price, which was odd and caused me to wonder about the final pricing. The installation was fine but one of the windows was cracked and another was missing a screen. The installers told me I wouldn't have to pay the remainder until the new window and screen were delivered. Quite a few months went by to where I thought Champion had forgotten.
