One day installation was nice but you need to follow behind installers to see they do things correctly. First they cut the wires to my security alarm and pushed them down in the wall. If I hadn’t been observing my alarm would not have worked. Second I had to catch them before they left to fix one of the windows they left trim loose. Partly my fault for signing paper on installation before checking every window. Lesson learned.
I had just had a terrible experience with Power remodeling. They didn't keep any of the promises they offered and failed to show up on the job 3 times. And were so hard to get a hold of. Champion was the exact opposite. So communicative and did everything that they said they would.
