I had Champion Windows installed in another section of my home some 14yrs ago and was very pleased with the product. I decided that with the new addition that I would certainly install these windows because of the quality and service that they produce, savings on energy.
Unable to reach people timely and a real struggle to get status on product. No one called me I had to make the calls
The installation work and the quality of the windows is very good. The sales team is not getting back to me with one of the issues with my door, and that is disappointing.
