The salesman was upfront with what they were delivering. The installation crew was good and cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience overall.

I can't blame Champion, but because of the pandemic, it took months to get the supplies. I would have felt better if they had reached out to me to let me know, but I always had to reach out.
