They did a good job, but the salesperson that did the presentation, once he got the contract, it was hard to contact him. This was especially important when it came to the referral fee. They should've been more specific with the details. You don't receive the referral fee until the project is completed and the payment is made by the homeowner.
I think Champion Windows did a great job. I'm pleased with how the windows look.
