It's hard to get in contact with customer service and once you get it, It takes forever for somebody to come out.
Champion Windows of Atlanta was excellent. The installation crew was great and very professional. The crew also cleaned up after the installation.
Overall, a good experience. There seems to be a communication breakdown between various departments.
