I have a plesant experience with Champion windows in the past and did not hesitate to contact them when we decided to undertake this window and door project.
All the work done by Champion Windows of Baltimore and Annapolis was done perfectly. All of the employees were polite, courteous, and did their jobs perfectly.
We bought a sliding patio door from Champion. We are very happy with the product and the installation went great. Russell Piazza was very helpful in explaining the product and helping us with our purchase. Thanks Champion!
I did not know it was possible to have such good quality doors. I live in the city and having these doors makes me feel 100% safer. I also feel the doors are very energy efficient.
The biggest thing that I liked was that there were no subcontractors - the same guys came back. They cleaned up, they worked hard, and they took care of my place.
I had a great experience. They were very professional. They were neat with the job site and they did their work in a timely manner. The job was done fantastic and terrific manner and I couldn't ask for more.
Everything is done with exceptional care for what the customer is expecting and I think that Champion does try it's best to keep every customer satisfied - or at least they have with me. I believe that the business model they follow is to try to keep happy customers - they've come back to redo other jobs since the original installations and I've been satisfied every time. Obviously customer service and making the customer happy is a high priority for Champion.
Champion Windows is an outstanding company to deal with, from the moment you walk in their door to the time when they walk out yours. They offer excellent products at a reasonable price and great customer service. It was truly a pleasant experience working with them.
My overall experience was great. We did this project spur of the moment. Everyone comments on the amazing change it's made. We are glad that we did it.
