I would highly recommend Champion Windows to anyone who is looking to have any type of installation job done. If you are a particular person, I would highly recommend contacting Champion Windows. I didn't even have to instruct them. They took the initiative to do the job so it would be done correctly. They went above and beyond.
Their people are very knowledge and understanding. The windows make the house look like a whole different place. Their workmanship is beautiful, and we are very happy.
They have superior craftsmanship. This whole job was what I expected and more. I would recommend Champion to anyone who is interested in doors or windows.
We have been previous Champion Windows customers twice-over, in NC & MD, so we chose to use them again. This was a big mistake. The project was mismanaged from the start. The windows were mismeasured. The charges to Green Sky were not correct, which cost us an interest payment that would not have occurred if the charges had been correct from the start. Would never recommend this company my worst decision ever to go with Champion Window
I had many cancellations or no shows on Champions part. The first set of windows were delivered on 12/29 and were ALL the wrong size. Poor communication. I had to wait until 2/19 to get my windows. The installers on 12/29 ruined two sets of custom double honeycomb blinds. I can go on, I have pages of notes. Let me know if you want more details.
Champion Windows of Baltimore was recommended to me by my co-worker but I did not have a great experience. The job that was supposed to be done had to be rescheduled multiple times. On top of that, the Baltimore office staff lacked any type of customer service skills. Needless to say I'm definitely taking the rest of my business else where.
