Work started 1 week late (no phone call), workers did not show up 2 days (no phone calls), picked up over a pound of nails out of driveway during and after completion of job, no supervision as required by EPA to ensure "lead paint positive" containment was in place, pipes and cables disconnect from house and not replaced.
Too Expensive!!!
I am waiting for the sunroom, but I am unsure of what I will be receiving as windows were not as great as I had expected.
The quality of their product and of the installation was top notch. The office personnel here dropped the ball, however. They never kept us informed about what was going on. In not knowing what was happening, we always had to call them because it took over twice the time it should have.
I would tell someone that Champion Windows is very expensive. I expected excellent quality from them and I was disappointed by the lack of craftsmanship present in my product.
