They're sloppy, and they are unreliable. Especially the salesman.

Six months after the initial order the windows were finally installed. Seems that the second measuring was not turned in or even the windows ordered and that wasted another 3 months. I am going to replace 6 more windows in the future but I'm hesitant to do business with Champion again.
The biggest problem is communication once the contract starts.
Paid 900 down and waited a entire year before my door was installed and then paid another 2000. No discount, no apology, no concern from anyone at champion.
They did not communicate, or follow up. I was not able to get in contact with the local office. It took four months to get my windows because they ordered the wrong windows, and then they did it wrong.
They came out and left my house a mess, and they never put anything up to keep the dust out. They had to come back out because they did not bring the other window, and they made me order another one.
The measurement on one window was about 3” short on all sides. They installed it anyway and said they would fill the gaps with foam, then covered the space with a plastic strip. I’ve already noticed condensation on the window, near an A/C outlet. The other window fit perfectly. Also, they used screws to attach the windows to the opening, but did a sloppy job of covering the screws. They were several hours late in arriving for the appointment.
