So, Champion fails to communicate. When you call you get told that someone will call you back, and no one calls you back. Then you call and call. Then after your windows are not installed within 8 to 10 weeks there like tough we have your money and we're not going to give you your money back.

Overall, the salesperson was nice but the follow up wasn't very good.

I ordered windows in September and they said 4 to 8 weeks and until now they haven't told me what happened with the windows

Champion Windows of Birmingham were unresponsive, had incomplete customer service, their employees were not educated in their product, and my account was shifted between three different people along with it took six months to complete my project. The finance portion of my project was handled inappropriately which was out of my control as it was because of Champion Windows of Birmingham's office staff.

I have not received one phone call from the company after they installed 6 windows that cost me over $7,000. I have called and left voicemails on multiple occasions with no return calls to discuss my concerns. There was discrepancies in what was reported as being done as to what actually took place. They discussed our old frames having lead paint, and were supposed to cover the windows, but this did not take place.
