The windows are a good quality, but there has been some issues getting the installation fixed in a timely manner.
They have a good product and did a good job!
The product is great. We are satisfied. We knew we wanted new windows and doors so no one had to work hard to have us sign the line; we did enjoy the demonstrations. We had a timeline in mind as we wanted to have our new pieces installed prior to our son's birthday in early July. The saleswoman made it sounds like that was very likely to happen.
