I never even had to ask, because they sent postcards to report progress. When the windows arrived, weeks early, the workmen installed them efficiently and quickly without making a mess in or outside my house. The windows perform as expected.
Extended time to receive and issues with screens fitting which is not resolved yet.
I love the windows, but they are too expensive.
