The installation of the windows and the products were wonderful. The back office did not order what they said, and it was never ordered. One group did not know what the other was doing. They called to get a review and I had not gotten all of my items. It was a mess.,
Champion Windows of Birmingham messed up some paint that they painted when they put in the windows. I would recommend Champion Windows of Birmingham. That was a big window. Everything was great. I know that it took a long, long time because it was right after Covid. Some of them have a little rust on them. They've been here for some time and nobody told me if I should paint them or not.
The windows are beautiful. I love my windows.
We had several problems, and our doors still have no locks. It cannot be that difficult to find the locks that came with the doors. It's closing in almost a month..If they ever finish I am sure their going to be nice
