They were very professional. Brian, at the store, who sold me everything was great. He gave me a great deal. When I first got my windows, he told me it would happen on a certain date but they were 3 weeks ahead of schedule. The windows were put in quickly. Their work performance and speediness was impeccable.
Champion Windows don't offer the cheapest products, but once they are installed they look very nice. They definitely live up to everything they said they would do. Everyone we dealt with, from the installers to the salesperson, did as much as they could to assist us.
In the past, I have had other contractors come and do work for me, and they've always either had to do it over or they messed something up. This is the first crew that came in a did an excellent job the first time. I have to commend them for that. The windows look great too, and I'm sure I'm going to be very happy with them.
I started out just replacing a couple of windows that were broken or had problems, but after the installation we decided to have the rest of the windows in our house replaced. I have been amazed at how much warmer my house is this winter, and my heating bills are lower than last year. I would recommend Champion of Boise to anyone who was thinking about replacement windows.
Champion Windows is very good, and also very professional. The windows themselves are of an exceptional quality, and it is a good value for your dollar.
The three people I had were Jerry, Jodie, and Micheal and they were absolutely fantastic. They were courteous, funny and they did a great job with the clean-up. I would have them come back anytime again because they were super.
My new decorative oval glass front door creates a more classy setting within my living room, and the installation crew was personable, and efficient with their expert work. I have received neighborhood compliments regarding the appearance of the door.
I first saw Champion Windows when I went to a fair in Boise, and I had them over. I was very happy with the way they measured the windows, told me everything that I needed to know about how they operated, and the quality of the windows. They are more expensive than your average Home Depot window, but you get what you pay for. My heating bills have been quite a bit less than they were before I had the windows put in, and that in itself is quite the benefit.
I found Champion Windows to be a very professional company. What I appreciated the most was the quality of people they have working for them. The people who actually installed the windows were professional, on time, did the installation with minimal noise, & completely cleaned up the place before leaving. We will difinitely be using thier services again.
