We have an issue with our windows. It seems that I'm (the customer) is driving Champion to resolve the issue. At this point we would not recommend Champion! This could change with a proper/timely resolution.
Avoid Champion Windows of Boise at all costs. It is horrible workmanship and very poor follow up.
The salesman was great, the rest of the staff was terrible. I would not allow the installers to install an outhouse for me.
WORST CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!Pictures available upon requestNumerous calls to the office resulted in no help getting a clear and correct schedule from the contractor. I was told one day and time for install and either the contractor did not show up, or showed up at a different time.A simple gutter install took over two months to complete.
