The installers left a mess all over the inside base.
I have buyers remorse for the cost paid. I have yet to have the windows and siding installed. So far just the storm door and I am having to hire a second contractor to reinstall the door because my trim work was not taken into consideration. The installer scratched the door when removing it from the packaging. Hasn't adjusted the soft close so it slams. And it cannot lock properly because of the trim which wasn't accounted for. Can't help wondering if we would have been better off going with Andersen...?
It took weeks to get the windows (I understand that this is due to pandemic-related delays and I'm OK with that). The patio door was a non-standard size that needed to be special ordered. Installation crew came out (they did a great job) with a standard door. Door was finally ordered, and it took several more weeks to arrive. The patio door installers arrived with the wrong screen door handle, and order of the correct handle was required.
