Overpromised, under delivered.
We reached out to Champion after attending a home show in the Nampa area. We were interested in getting some siding trim done because we were wanting to change the colors on our house. Their salesman arrived and we talked about it and got some quotes. We felt the price was too high until he started to offer some discounts, 40% to be exact which was massive. The corporate office calls and said they would relay a message to boise office but I never received a call. I thought this was a local business:( The glass door has multiple scratches on it and a new one was ordered. Screen door had to be trimmed. When the other guy came out to install screen door there was no hardware. The chop job on the screen door left the upper corners messy with a noticeable gap. We have an issue with our windows. It seems that I'm (the customer) is driving Champion to resolve the issue. At this point we would not recommend Champion! This could change with a proper/timely resolution.
Avoid Champion Windows of Boise at all costs. It is horrible workmanship and very poor follow up.
