It took 4-6 weeks longer than planned. I had mixed feelings. No one would answer the phone. I had to drive to the store four times. The guy that I was working with had to go out of town.
Love the windows! They look so beautiful compared to what I had!
They did a good job and I appreciated the service. There are two windows still not delivered and I don't understand why. They said they weren't shipped because of a shortage of glass.
The Champion Windows team was very professional and courteous in their ability to replace my windows with Champion windows.........I am very pleased with my new windows and I will try fervently to keep the irrigation water away from them!!!
They did what they said. The biggest problem was it took so long to get done. That might not be Champion.
The one thing I would ask is that you include the customer in the process between measuring the window and the actual installation. I waited two months for my windows to be installed and I have no idea where I was in the process. I felt forgotten and abandoned. Keeping the client or customer involved during the actual construction of the window process and keeping him informed I believe would be much better than what you do now, which is nothing.
