These are beautiful windows with many wonderful features. However would like to have seen better communication between sales and production folks as the order was messed up. Installation was perfect.
I have already recommended them to a friend.
This is questionable.. door hardware was incorrect .,,one of the windows had a broken part from the get go and another squeaks when pulling down The glass door had a problem as soon as the installers left I called on the issue and the lady on the phone said she would send them right back out.. that didn’t happen. A second call was made and still no one showed up. So if you find a issue don’t expect a fast turn around from champion windows oh and I was also told for my screen door to make sure I register it with Lowe’s No one... read more
