This is the second time we have used Champion and plan to in the future. It is a great product.
My appt was for a morning, say around 9 am. I took off work in order to meet the installer. By 915 the installer was not there. I called the office. The office said the installer was on the way. I waited longer. After hour or so I called again, the office said they would give me the installer's number. I called the installer. He said there was no scheduled install that day.
