They did what they said. The biggest problem was it took so long to get done. That might not be Champion.
The salesman, Brent, was very cordial and polite. He gave us a lot of good options. We went to the Home and Gardens show at the fairgrounds. We were most impressed with Champion Windows out of all the different windows. We went through with them for the siding and windows. We are very pleased with both. The one thing I would ask is that you include the customer in the process between measuring the window and the actual installation. I waited two months for my windows to be installed and I have no idea where I was in the process. I felt forgotten and abandoned. Keeping the client or customer involved during the actual construction of the window process and keeping him informed I believe would be much better than what you do now, which is nothing.
