This is the 2nd. job Champion Windows has completed for us and we are very pleased with both.
We have been very pleased with the whole process.
Initial installation crew did very poor, unprofessional job. However, Mr. Danza's response was fast and professional, and the Champion crew that returned and fixed the initially serious problems was also professional and did a very good job. That's why I chose NA for the install questions, as my response would have been a zero if the problems had not been so adequately corrected.
