I had a good experience with Champion Windows of Charlotte. They came out, told me what they could and could not do, and told me how long it would take. They also helped me with financing. I am pretty well satisfied.
Overall, I felt that all the personnel were highly professional, efficient, respectful, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. The installation and sales processes were managed efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend champion to all of my friends and associates.

The quality of the work, the workmanship, was wonderful. The crew that came out were extremely polite and respectful of our property. Overall, everything they did was just wonderful and exactly what we wanted. Everything they did, we were extremely pleased with. We recommend them very highly.
Working with Champion Windows of Charlotte was a good experience. Everyone was very helpful and they were there when you needed them. They always answered the phone when I called.
Champion Windows of Charlotte arrived on time for my appointment. Larry Winsch explained all the doors and the installation procedures. We didn't have to wait a long time to have our door made and that was good. I was very impressed with the installation, it was very professional. They did a good job on the cleanup, and following up with me once the job was complete.
