Communication is very poor, I keep asking through text and phone calls for an update on when the project will be completed with no response for over 2 weeks.
I asked for a very brief sales call d/t having had a previous sales call but then delayed by a military deployment; we also had other commitments that day. The sales call was almost 90 minutes and we asked for 15 minutes. Also, we wanted all interior window sills replaced. Only one water-damaged sill was replaced.
I'm unsure at the moment because of how the initial experience was and the price increase in less than 30 days.
We had a bad experience.
My experience was fine except for the price of the windows I called champion for their discount of buy two windows get two free Inpaid 14,000.00 for 9 windows wish I hadn’t done it!!!
