I was told this room would be waterproof. It is not. Nothing was mentioned about my landscaping when the salesperson was here. Now that the sunroom is not waterproof I am being told it is because of landscape and downspouts not functioning as they should. I have had to ask for a repair within a month of the project being completed. Someone came out drilled holes and now it leaks more than it did before he arrived. 18,200.00. This was a big mistake.

The salesman was great and very attentive. However, we were unaware that the actual work would be sub-contracted out to a third party. We thought the installers were going to be Champion installers and they were not. The work was sub-par and all the windows needed to re-done twice. Their lack of attention to detail was awful and we never would have used Champion had we known this.
Terrible
Window broken has not been replaced. Can't decorate for the holiday 😞.
