Change my appointment to many times, ware rude when I call to complain about it.
I would not recommend them because of the lack of communication between the district representative and myself. With this particular window, I was told that I was going to receive a call from him to let me know the time for when the window would be shipped. I am in the process of selling my house, and it has been four weeks, and I am not a bit happy about this. The window needs to get in. I wouldn't recommend them to no one! Their crew was awful! They broke into my garage to plug up their stuff without asking.
Their communication was weak as far as the scheduling goes.
I would recommend another company.
