A couple of their employees are very nice, courteous, and take care of any problems you have. I had an issue with Robert. I called him, and I was discussing why they didn't pay one of their contractors that I recommended. By doing so, he hung up on me. When a company has employees that hang up on their customer, I will never have any more dealings with them.
When we did the initial time frame to come out, they were about an hour and half / 2 hours late, and once we finally did the purchase, they did not show up on the day we agreed on, there was no notification at all, i had to finally call and get someone to schedule for the next week, it was just not a great experience from that point The customer service was pretty concerning The window frame has good quality so far
Sloppy work.
One of the frames of the window they installed was crooked. I thought they would fix it, but they didn't.
I am absolutely disgusted with Champion. They did a good job on my windows, but they took four months on my door, and I still don't have a door. They sent the wrong color door--a black one--out the last time. I thought they were one of the best. NowI know they're one of the worst.
Their communication skills are horrible. I was not happy with, Pete. the supervisor
They were best price but delivered some wrong products and electric is still not fixed but we are remodeling and so house is a disaster. Would be nice to plug in Christmas tree though
