Caleb and his staff demonstrated to me that thier goal is to have satisfied customers. A couple of items I did not like and they were changed the next morning. There work exceeded my expectations.

Champion Windows of Chicago is really good at what they do. When they come out everything matches and the finished product looks good. They do a great job putting the windows in and they guarantee their work. I needed some replacement windows done and Champion came out to take a look and was here the next day putting in the new windows and screens. I have never had a problem with Champion Windows of Chicago and they are always there when I need them.
