When we first got quotes on the windows, gentlemen came from different companies, and Caleb from Champion was the most knowledgable about how the windows would be installed and the products offered. I found that Champion makes their own windows, which I like. You have control of the quality when you put your work in. Champion wants to do a good job because its their business. In my opinion, Champion is number one of everyone who came out. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a very nice job.

I didn't think I was going to get the whole house done at one time, but when the salesman came by I asked how much more it would be for the two sliding glass doors. He worked with me on the price and gave me other incentives. I appreciate him working with me and helping me get the whole house done at once. It looks like a brand new house all the way around. Champion's whole company is very professional. They provided a great quality product. They were prompt about getting all the requirements needed to get the installation done ready. They did all the needed follow up appropriately and according to what they promised. They promptly returned my phone calls and setting up the schedule was very satisfactory.

The window staff at Champion is top notch. All of the installers are top notch and very professional. The quality of their product is professional and worth-while. The timing and the installation were very flexible. Champion's quality versus their cost was well balanced.

The salesperson, in my opinion, did an excellent job of providing information about my order to the people who were supposed to get it correct. I think he did a good job with that and I think that the installation crew did a good job as well. I just think that they should pay more attention to what the order is and what is ordered instead of giving the customer what they did not order, which ends up costing the customer more money.
