Champion did a very good job siding my house. I had to be there as wrong materials were initially delivered and the crew did not double check the requirements. Also, the crew on one day did not want to leave the house protected against a storm until I demanded the Tyvek be put up. The final product looks great, has already created a quieter environment inside the house, and I am hoping will save on energy.
Even with the complications that came up I would have to say that the entire Champion Windows of Chicago group rose to a place beyond my expectations.
Champion Windows was great to work. The consultation was productive, my questions were answered, and the installers were on time. More importantly, the care and respect they showed with the installation process was beyond expectations. There was nothing for me to do other than admire my new windows. They took out the out windows with ease, cleaned as they went, and left the house in tremendous shape. I highly recommend Champion Windows.

They used the best products and I saved a ton of money. I was also given a lifetime warranty which shows me they stand behind their products.
Hector was great. He listened to what we needed, and was able to put together a good package. The installers, Mark and Bob, were very professional with how they handled putting in the windows. They had to go around some obstacles on our property. They did a nice job making sure they got it in as perfectly as possible.
I believe that Champion Windows is courteous, professional and responsive. They met my needs while staying within my budget. I'm totally thrilled and pleased with the windows so far.
