I am just very satisfied with the windows and the patio door I had installed.
Installation crew was very professional and did a great job. I do not have any complaints with the windows and doors. My rating is only 3 stars because of the price of the windows and doors, not the quality. I am just not sold on the cost savings. I had them installed in November. It is now December, and so far so good. I really won't know until after the winter season, when I can take a look at my propane usage.
The job was done in a professional manner. The crew was very friendly and explained anything we would want to know.
You get a good feeling when you work with Champion that you are dealing with reliable and honest people. The reliability of their staff also extends to their products. We've had some severe weather since we got our roof from them yet we have not seen shingles flapping, wind damage, leaks, or anything blowing off of the roof. We are very happy with Champion.
Champion is a very good business. Their employees, techs and salespersons are at the top of their line. They respect you and let you take your time. They do exactly what you ask. I am glad to be a Champion customer.
Overall very pleased with the room but disappointed in the lack of attention to detail The devil is in the details. Still waiting on the final electrical inspection.
