Champion Windows has quality windows and they back up their guarantee. They have replaced two windows this year that gathered moisture. They also installed new kitchen windows. I enjoy the style and like them better than the other windows in the neighborhood. If I was going to buy another house, it would be full of Champion windows; every window in our house already is.
The quality of the windows from Champion is excellent, but the customer service from the time the contract was signed until the installation was horrendous.
Champion Windows was on time, and they delivered what they promised. The follow up was also great, and I am very satisfied with the product and its doability.
The Champion staff seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They did a timely job. They provided a time that they would be out here at and they were on time. Everything looks very nice and the clean up was nice.
Champion offers a quality product at a reasonable price. If you want it done right the first time, call Champion. They are a professional organization. Champion was the best out of the several vendors we've used over the last couple of months.
I am very happy with the work that Champion Windows did for me. The doors that they installed are awesome. I was very pleased with the installation crew because they did an excellent job.
So far our experience with Champion has been fine.But if we had known the first two items on our list, we would of had to rework payment so it would not of hurt our refinance of our home. Being a lien instead of an installment loan took our equity out of the home thus making the home refinance not as easy and not as beneficial to us as it could been in this economy.Very upset about that.
Making a large home repair purchase with Champion Windows of Cincinnati was very simple and we experienced little to no aggravation at all during the process.
The work is great for the warranty. It's a great company to work with. I would only recommend Champion to my friends and family at all times.
