Overall I was very impressed with the quality of the installation and the materials. I think that the work Champion Windows of Cincinnati did was very satisfactory.
The quality of the product is good but I was disappointed with the lag time between the sales and installation and then the clean up afterwards.
The product Champion sold to me is exactly what was promised. My installation crew was top notch and very knowledgeable. They were very customer oriented and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. I was very impressed with the Champion Windows installation crew!
The important thing was that when Brady called, he asked how to spell my first name. I thought that was neat. I really did like Brady. He was very friendly, and answered all of our questions. I don't think you could ask for a better salesman.
My salesperson took the time to show me the difference between the Champion window and the windows offered by other contractors, and although I was not planning on making such a large investment, I am certain that I made the right decision. I believe I got a fair price, and after I saw the potential energy savings, I felt that I couldn't pass up the opportunity. The company is very well organized. They do excellent work especially around the caulking. We were just very satisfied. We have had five windows and a bay window put in in the last three years and we would definitely call them again.
The sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. The work crew was also very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. They were very conscious of the work they were doing and made sure to put tarps down in case of debris. They did excellent job.
Everyone that I encountered at Champion was friendly and helpful. They were very customer service oriented. I would recommend them to anyone based on my overall experience.
