This is the third order I have placed with Champion for windows and doors in my home. I have not had a problem with any of the products, they install them very well, and the Champion workers are always on time. We're very happy with the products. Our electric bills have been reduced significantly since the window and door replacements.
From start to finish, the entire process with Champion was very professional. They met and exceeded my expectations. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped us see how the windows would work in our home. On the day of the installation, I left with the old windows in and came home to brand new windows. They look great.
Champion put our windows in and they put our front door in. They have good products, and they are worth it. Even if you have to spend a little bit more money, they are worth it. We could have gotten the products cheaper, but their product is good so I will keep working with them.
Champion did my gutters, my siding, and they replaced a door along with a storm door. The quality is good and the house looks really good.
The installers was very nice and courteous. I am satisfied with the materials. They brought me the wrong windows the first time, but they did their best to get the right windows the second time. Other than that, the service was great and they kept me informed on the schedule.
Neal's presentation of the product impressed me so much I canceled my appointment with a competitor and contracted with him that very day and all the follow up work was outstanding, on time, and very professional!
In working with Champion Windows, I was highly pleased with the quality of their products, and their ability to get the products installed or replaced. They were very quick; it seemed like no time before they had my window installed.
We were very happy with our Champion Window experience. The windows are very high quality and the appearance and performance of the product is exceptional. We live on a busy street and we no longer hear every vehicle that goes past! There is a tremendous difference in our inside temperature as well, so much so that we've had to turn down the furnace. The crew that installed our windows was extremely professional and their work was exceptional. We are very pleased with our new windows and would definitely recommend Champion!
From the initial sales meeting with the quote to the installation and completion of the job it went very smoothly and everything went as planned when it was planned. The quality was very good and I was pleased with it.
