I was satisfied with Champion's windows, I think they look great, and I think they will help us a lot in the wintertime with our heating expenses.
I had several estimates and chose Champion because of the product, the workmanship, and the personal contact. I am enjoying my new screened in porch now, it is everything I wanted.
From start to finish when Champion came they finished on time, did their job right, cleaned everything right up, and took care of any problems that cropped up.
We were taking bids from different window companies form the city to have our door to our deck windows replaced. we looked at several other competitors such as Lowes, Home Depot, and Pella and Champion was referred to us and out of everyone Champions product and demonstration was the most impressive. We made the final selection because of Camilie and his knowledge and passion for his product.
Champion Windows of Cincinnati did a very good job. Everyone was extremely nice, polite, and professional. I'm completely satisfied with the work Champion Windows did on my home.
From the sales representative to the installers, I've never been happier. I've had other windows done in other homes by other companies where the experience was awful, but this was seamless. It was not high pressure, which was a plus. We got the Timberline windows where the inside matches the existing woodwork in the house, you couldn't have stained it to match any better. When they said they were going to be here, they were here and they were able to get the job done in one day. They were considerate of my home by putting down carpet so they wouldn't get anything dirty, and they got it done fast. They delivered the woodwork to me prior to the job so I was able to stain it before they put it up, I liked that they worked with me on that.
We were very satisfied with Champion Windows of Cincinnati. The installation crew was on time and professional, and we're very happy with the quality of the product.
I would recommend Champion without hesitation. The experience from beginning to end was excellent and beyond compare. All personnel invovled in this project were very polite, professional and personable.
