My French doors, with built in doggie door, is exactly what I envisioned as I discussed with Tim my needs. My animals adore their new freedom too! No more panicked drives home, when the weather's bad, expecting to arrive to a mess! You simply cannot put a price on that feeling.

From the first contact with Champion, Neal brought a sample and explained everything. From how they are constructed and operate, as well as their advantages such as security features and the entire function of the windows. The crew was right on time, went to work and did not even break for lunch. They started about 8 am and finished about 2 pm. They were very friendly and knowledgable and answered any and all of my questions. I was very pleased with the overall experience.
Overall, it has been an extremely good experience. I was pleased with Champion Windows of Cincinnati all the way from the very first phone call. I was satisfied with their appointment scheduling, timeliness and product knowledge, as well as their installation of the window and their performance.
I think Champion is a great company to work with. They are there at the time they say they are going to be there, and they stand behind their product. We've used them for our windows, siding, doors, and basement remodel, and have been pleased every time.
