We needed windows. We got good windows at a decent price. There were no surprises. Everything was done in a timely manner. Although, we are still waiting on the bill.
Years ago we had some windows replaced by Champion and our experience with it was very prompt. We were were extremely pleased with it and the experience. We apreciate their service and hopefully we won't have the imperfection problem again.
When I first talked to Champion Windows, the salesman was very professional. He explained everything that I needed for the windows. The project manager that came out to measure the windows was very courteous and I appreciated his knowledge. He assured me the job would be done in a timely manner and they would clean up afterwards. I was very pleased. Everything was done the way I would of expected it.
I am just thrilled with my Champion Windows. Everything is perfect! The windows are such an improvement in my life. I love these windows and everything is great.
The salesperson was very, very nice and very respectful. He knew his windows. He was not pushy. Everything Champion promised, happened. The workers were on time. The installers put down blankets to protect our floors during the installation. After the job was finished, the installers cleaned the windows and vacuumed. It was wonderful. I was very happy.

Champion Windows of Cincinnati were very positive and professional. Everything was done effectively and efficiently. We are impressed. They have done great with the first half of our project. We look forward to cost savings with our heating and air with the new windows installed.
I had a combination of storm and screen door installed. It was frustrating because I had to call them back about some problems. Had it been done right the first installation, we could have avoided the call backs and the frustration having to reschedule a time for them to come back out. It is frustrating when things aren't done right the first time.
