The service was excellent from the beginning until completion of the project. Everybody that we had contact with was professional and courteous and knowledgeable. The value of the product was outstanding.
Neal came to our house and was very prompt. He brought us all different kinds of samples and stayed as long as we needed him to. Even though it was after hours, he wasn't in a hurry to get away. He explained things in detail. We were happy with both jobs completed.
They were on time, did a great job of removing the window from the existing construction. They put in the new window perfectly and cleaned up well. We are very happy.
I think Champion has an excellent product. They suit their products to fit my needs and I am very happy with said products. I am satisfied with the final result.

I highly recommend Champion Windows of Cincinnati. They are professional, efficient, and timely. I've used them twice and if I have anything else to do, I will probably use them again.
The materials are great except for the magnet apparatus in the internal blinds and the flimsy handles in the basement. It is pretty expensive, but like the function of the windows.
This is my second time using Champion. They did work on my house in 1976, and when my windows got vandalized, I called them again because I loved them back then, and I love them more now. When I need a new window, I go with Champion. They are fantastic.
The meeting on ordering and picking our door was just great. They said it was going to be ready at a certain time and it was- and then the installer came out and installed it on time and did a terrific job. There wasn't anything chipped or broken or anything like that and he explained everything very well.
