The workers from Champion were good; they did a good job and were conscientious. I was pleased with their choice of materials. Working with the salesperson, Keith, was very nice because he had suggestions and I had opinions that he would confirm if they would work well. He would make a suggestion if he thought something else would work better. I was also pleased with their attitudes. The workers got along well together and seemed to really enjoy their work.
After I was thoroughly disappointed with a competitor, their attitude, and their approach to me asking for a door, I came home and gave it some thought. I had received Champion's market magazine so I called.The salesperson, Dave Hampton, was very polite, he showed me some pictures, and we discussed what I wanted. He was able to schedule a date to come out right there on the spot. Everything was done exactly the way I wanted it.
I was totally satisfied with the job done by Champion. The salesperson gave us a full in-depth explanation of what we were getting. The installers did a fantastic job, cleaned up and answered all our questions when we asked them.
I am happy to provide my highest recommendation for Champion Windows. We are completely satisfied with our beautiful, new windows and with the Champion team. There are a multitude of options available when it comes time to replace a home's windows and we are happy that we chose Champion.
The quality of the windows and the installation was exceptional. The responsiveness to my questions was both timely and effective. The installation crew showed respect for my home and left it clean.
Champion has an excellent website that easy to navigate and very concise. Anything you want to know is on their website. By researching on their website, you will be ahead of the game by the time the sales representative comes to your home. Their office staff is great and always extremely friendly. Everyone at Champion Windows is great to work with and they are all very knowledgeable. I do not believe you can have a bad experience working with Champion Windows.
Our salesman was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He did not pressure us with our purchase. Everyone was on time. The work was done extremely neatly. There was no mess to clean up. The window operation is extremely nice and they are easy to clean.

The experience was great. It was a big job and we had 27 windows replaced. The new windows seem very wonderful, they are easy to open and lock. The home is definitely more quiet and we can feel a difference already.
