From start to finish, with the sales representative that came out, and with the crew that came out, the quality of the window and the quality of the workmanship were very good. I have no concerns. They did a wonderful job all around.
We were first introduced to Champion's products at a home improvement show. Our salesperson, Andy, did a fabulous job explaining every part of the process to us and answering any questions. He provided us with contact information so that we could decide later and contact him when we were ready. They were all nice, easygoing, and even with two four year-olds running around, they got all the windows put in in five hours. They didn't have a problem with the kids at all. Even when they were getting in their way, they were really nice about it. They were letting them help in little areas where they could - we were all getting a kick out of it. My son and grandson thought it was the best thing in the world. I just love the windows. They are the best.
Our experience with Champion Windows was very satisfying. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My salesman was able to work with us to help us afford the roof that was put over our deck. I was pleased with the installers. They worked very hard, and were very professional and friendly. Sammy was very nice to me, and helpful.
I got a Champion roof because I wanted better quality materials and their lifetime guarantee. I figured their promptness would be forthcoming also and I was happy with everything I received.
My wife and I had discussed windows and had looked at other products and talked to other salespeople and I was impressed right away with Trevor's knowledge of the construction industry. The price seemed to be very reasonable for the quality of the product and the installation was absolutely superb. They met all of our expectations.
Everything was nice and everything was done professionally. I was very happy with the work that they did. They were very clean and very polite, and very helpful with information if I needed to ask any questions while they were doing the work.
The thing that impressed me the most was that although these gentlemen were entering my home I felt comfortable and safe with them. They accommodated me very well. They replaced all my downstairs windows in one day and they didn't disrupt my home at all. I was very impressed by that and that is why I called them back to do my other window. It took them only an hour and a half to replace my one upstairs window. I am very pleased with Champion Windows
I'm very happy with the quality of my windows, they look beautiful. I can't think of anything negative to say about Champion Windows of Akron. They really did a fabulous job.
