I would recommend Champion. Their quality and customer service is very good. The installation crew was good. The job was completed very nicely. Their warranty is very good.
I am pleased that Champion Windows of Akron installed a good product in my house. The crew kept everything very clean throughout the installation process.
They did a wonderful job providing us with the information that we needed to feel confident in making such a large purchase. The installation was done very well, and the guys were extremely respectful and polite when they were at the house.
It was a very easy experience. It wasn't stressful as far as making a big purchase for the household. The whole process was smooth. They had said that it would be a month before we would get the door, and we got it within a month of ordering. They were ahead of schedule. The installers were exceptional, and they did an awesome job.
They were very professional and very experienced, you could see that they knew what they were doing and even the person who did the presentation before we had decided to get the windows was very professional and also friendly. I felt very comfortable with them doing their job.
We received outstanding service when we called. Frank was there within forty-eight hours of my call. We had a very difficult job to do, and he went above and beyond to make something happen. They worked without taking a break. They worked constantly for about twelve hours. They did an outstanding job, and cleaned up well after themselves. We didn't even have to sweep the floor. Champion Windows' installation crew was very professional, and courteous. They were able to put the windows in without any problem. I would highly recommend them for the quality of materials and workmanship.
