We are so happy with the windows. We could tell the difference in energy conservation right away. We are looking forward to having our bay window and garden window being done soon.

They did an outstanding job. My friend told me to try them because I didn't even know they done siding work. I think they need to advertise that a little more. David was very easy to deal with. He was always there when I needed him. Jeremy or Carl always called me back when I called the office. The staff was friendly. The installers answered all questions and were very friendly. They were tolerant of my dogs and even helped me carry in groceries. I would give them a 10 instead of fours if I could. Everything was great.

There were two concerns I had with installation. I had a bow window installed and out of the bottom was two screws that help support the window. These two screws (to me) were an extreme safety hazard. They extended two inches below the window. If someone were to raise up they were going to be injured. Sure enough it was my husband. I called Champion and a representative came and took pictures and said someone would get in touch with me. I never heard anything and still have not.
