I would like to give them a higher rating because we actually love our sunroom but they need to fine tune some aspects. We should not still be waiting 3-4 weeks after installation to have someone finish the deck handrails because someone felt like cutting corners without finishing their work. The issue has been addressed several times and still not complete.
The office was courteous, the workers were nice, but no one has come out to check my door after I have called.
The crew was fabulous and just topnotch!

The work was done very professionally and they were very thorough. They also described what was going on and came back to make sure we were satisfied. They went above and beyond of our expectations.
I was very disappointed in the time it took to the finish job.
