I am quite pleased with Mike, John, Jim and his staff. They were an excellent crew, on the day of installation it was very hot here and they did not stop working. I was very pleased with the amount of time it took for the job to be completed. I have been getting a lot of comments for my neighbors, Champion Windows of Columbia may be getting more customers.

I am thrilled with the picture windows from Champion. They are beautiful from the inside and outside, the installation was quick, clean and courteous. The windows were clean and straight with no evidence of the caulking they used to install them. I also noticed a lot of insulation built into the windows before they were installed.

I would definitely recommend Champion due to the professionalism of the Sales and Installation Crew, however, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I needed service for a possible defective product and concerns about positioning the screens. I spoke with office staff about service, was informed that I would hear back in 2-3 days. Unfortunately, I had to go out of town for 7 days after the call, and although I was not home, a message was left on my voice mail, 8 days after my original call for service.
